We had a comfortable stay at this hotel. The facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying.

The rooms had air conditioning, which was much appreciated in the warm weather. the hotel had a convenient location close to restaurants and shops. we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast that was provided.

Although the location of the hotel was good, the rooms were not up to our standards of cleanliness. the toilets were unclean and unhygienic, and the overall room cleanliness was subpar.

Our romantic escape had a few enjoyable elements. Firstly, the hotel provided efficient AC that was perfect for the hot season. Additionally, the location was easily accessible and the hotel staff was accommodating. The bed was comfy, which was a plus.

The negatives of our stay far outweighed the positives. The rooms and toilets were unsanitized and unclean. We had to opt for a deluxe room due to the dirty and stained toilets. Breakfast was not available at a reasonable time for our early departure, and there was no room service for tea during our early morning schedule. All in all, we believe the hotel should improve significantly on cleaning and provide better service for guests.
